Getting started
1. Save your first thing
Copy any product or place link and paste it into the bar at the top. Vault fills in the title, image and price for you.
2. Organise it
Create sections (Fashion, Tech, Restaurants…), star favourites, and switch between grid, list, globe and moodboard views.
3. Keep it in sync
Use it as a guest, or create a free account to sync privately across all your devices.
4. Share when you want
Turn on a public profile for free; with a paid plan, share a list or start a gift registry friends can reserve from.
Saving from the web
Pasting a link
Paste any URL into the top bar and Vault reads the page for you. It works on most shops, marketplaces, Google Maps, Booking and more.
On iPhone
Today, open vaultwishlist.com in Safari and tap Share → Add to Home Screen to use Vault like an app, then paste links into the top bar. The native iPhone app — in private beta now, on the App Store in early 2027 — adds Vault to Safari's Share menu, so items land in your vault without copy-paste.
When a site blocks automatic reading
A few large brands block bots. Vault still saves the item with a clean name from the link; just add the photo and price yourself in a couple of seconds.

Is Vault free?
Yes — the core experience is free forever (up to 50 active items). Paid plans are optional and start at €2.99/month: Keeper (150 items, sharing, unlimited gift lists, savings goals, reminders), Collector (300 items, + automatic price-drop alerts, price history, taste insights, advanced statistics) and Vaulter (unlimited items, the advanced globe, advanced moodboards, premium themes).
Is my data private?
Private by default — you control what becomes public. Nothing is shown to anyone unless you turn on a public profile or share a list. No behavioural advertising, no third-party tracking. See our

How do public profiles work?
Optional. You can turn on a public profile (nickname, avatar, bio) and mark selected items as public or "featured". Everything else stays private. You can make your profile private again or clear it anytime.
How do I share a list or make a gift registry?
Your first gift list is free; Keeper adds unlimited gift lists and shared lists, which let you invite people and edit together in real time. A gift list lets you share one link so friends quietly reserve what they'll buy — nobody duplicates a gift.
How do price-drop alerts work?
With Collector or Vaulter, Vault checks once a day the price of the things you want (items with a link and a price, not yet bought). When the price drops by 5% or more you get a notification, and the new price is added to the item's price history and to "price found", with your saving as a percentage. It works on most shops that show the price on the page; a few large brands block automatic reading.
How do I export or delete my data?
In Settings: Export CSV downloads your items; Delete account removes everything, including cloud data.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web, open Manage subscription in your account — you keep your plan until the end of the paid period. If you subscribed via the App Store, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Which devices does Vault run on?
Any modern browser on web, a free desktop app for Mac and Windows, and iPhone in Safari (Add to Home Screen). The native iPhone app is in private beta and arrives on the App Store in early 2027. Everything syncs through your account.
