Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 July 2026
In short: Vault is a wishlist app. The Free plan is free forever; Vault Plus costs €4.99/month or €49.99/year and can be cancelled anytime. Your content stays yours. Don't use the service to do anything illegal or to harm others.

1. Who provides the service

Vault ("the Service"), available at vaultwishlist.com, is provided by the Vault team ("we", "us"). A dedicated contact email address is being set up and will be published here shortly. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Vault lets you save products and places from the web into personal wishlists, organise them, sync them across devices, and — with paid features — share lists, create gift registries, track savings goals, set reminders and compare prices. The Service is provided "as available": we work to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Your account

4. Plans, prices and payments

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under EU consumer law you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. By subscribing you request immediate access to the digital service; if you withdraw within 14 days, you are entitled to a refund proportional to the service not yet supplied. To exercise this right, contact us through the channel indicated in section 1.

6. Your content

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.

8. Third-party sites and prices

Vault stores links and metadata (titles, images, prices) fetched from third-party shops. Those shops are independent from us: prices and availability shown in Vault are informative snapshots and may be outdated. Purchases you make happen on the third-party site, under their terms. Price comparison links open third-party search pages; we receive no commission and give no guarantee about their results.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may discontinue the Service with at least 30 days' notice, in which case any prepaid, unused subscription period will be refunded pro-rata.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app at least 15 days in advance; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, and disputes may be brought before the courts of your place of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
